Terms of service
These draft terms outline how Enrivea Signal is intended to work. Final terms will name the operating entity, governing law, eligible locations, and effective date.
The service
The platform provides market research tools, AI-assisted analysis, account features, and, where enabled, a way to submit a user-approved order to a connected exchange. Features may change during the pilot.
The service does not hold customer crypto assets. Trading occurs in your own exchange account, subject to that exchange's rules.
Your account and exchange connection
You are responsible for accurate registration details, account security, and the permissions granted to any exchange API key. Never enable withdrawals or transfers on a key used with this product.
We may restrict features in locations where we have not cleared access or where an exchange does not support the workflow.
Credits and payments
A credit is consumed for a completed analysis under the plan's stated terms. A failed analysis should not consume a credit. Final billing, expiry, refund, and cancellation terms require payment-provider and legal review before sales begin.
Trading risk and responsibility
Crypto assets are volatile and losses may exceed expectations. A published setup or model score does not guarantee a result. You choose whether to approve an order, and exchange fees, execution price, outages, and market movements affect outcomes.
Changes and support
We may change or suspend features for security, exchange compatibility, or legal reasons. Final notice, dispute, and limitation terms will be published before launch.
